What this site is

Gold Palm Homes is a licensed real estate brokerage in Florida. This website lets you search homes for sale, save and compare them, request showings, and ask what your own home might be worth.

Using this site doesn't create a brokerage relationship. You don't become our client by browsing, creating an account or requesting information. That starts when you and Gold Palm Homes agree to it in writing, as Florida law requires.

Listing information

Property listings come from Stellar MLS through its Internet Data Exchange program. That data belongs to the MLS and to the brokerages that listed the homes, and we display it under license.

The listing information here is for your personal, non-commercial use, to help you find properties you might want to buy. Please don't copy, scrape, republish or redistribute it.

Listing information is deemed reliable but isn't guaranteed. It changes constantly and can be out of date. Check anything that matters to your decision with your agent and with your own inspection.

Home value estimates

Our home value report is an estimate built from recent nearby sales. It isn't an appraisal, and it isn't a promise of what your home will sell for. When recent sales are too few or disagree too much to support an honest number, the report says so instead of guessing, and an agent follows up.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself, and let us know if you think someone else has it. You're responsible for what happens under your account. Please give us accurate information, especially your email address, since that's how we reach you.

We may suspend or close an account that's being used in a way that breaks these terms or MLS rules.

Agent accounts

Agents joining Gold Palm Homes sign a separate written agreement covering licensing, subscription fees and brokerage terms. That agreement governs the agent relationship; these terms cover use of the website.

Fair housing

We support the Fair Housing Act and Florida fair housing law, and we're committed to equal housing opportunity for everyone.

Copyright and DMCA notices

The Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, 17 U.S.C. § 512 (the “DMCA”) provides recourse for copyright owners who believe that material appearing on the Internet infringes their rights under U.S. copyright law. If you believe in good faith that any content or material made available in connection with our website or services infringes your copyright, you (or your agent) may send us a notice requesting that the content or material be removed, or access to it blocked. Notices must be sent in writing by email to DMCAnotice@MLSGrid.com.

No warranty

The site is provided as it is. We can't promise it will always be available or error free, or that everything on it is complete and accurate. Drive times, flood zone information, school assignments, fees and tax figures are estimates from third-party sources and should be verified independently.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Gold Palm Homesisn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website, including decisions made in reliance on information displayed here.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the last change, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
